1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing and using Waddle Management's services, you accept and agree to be bound by the terms and provision of this agreement. If you do not agree to abide by the above, please do not use this service.

2. Description of Service

Waddle Management provides Discord server management services including:

Discord server setup and configuration
Community management and moderation
Custom bot integration
Graphic design services
Ongoing support and consultation

3. User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

Provide accurate and complete information
Maintain the security of your account
Comply with Discord's Terms of Service
Use our services for lawful purposes only
Respect intellectual property rights

4. Payment Terms

All services are billed in advance. Payment is processed securely through Stripe. Subscription renewals occur automatically unless cancelled at least 7 days before the renewal date. Refund requests must be made within 24 hours of payment. You may upgrade or downgrade your package at any time to fit your needs.

5. Service Delivery

Most Discord server setups are completed within 1-2 days. However, delivery times may vary based on complexity and current workload. We will communicate any delays promptly. For ongoing services, Discord personalities work up to a maximum of 4 hours monthly (approximately 1 hour per week).

6. Service Inclusions

Our services include:

Discord server setup and configuration
Community management and moderation
Custom bot integration
Graphic design services
Ongoing support and consultation (2 consultations per month)
Custom emojis and soundboard clips tailored to your community

7. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of your Discord server and content. We retain rights to our proprietary tools, templates, and methodologies. Custom designs created for you become your property upon full payment.

8. Limitation of Liability

Waddle Management shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service in question.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate this agreement with written notice. Upon termination, you retain full ownership of your Discord server. We will provide any remaining deliverables and support as outlined in your service package.

10. Privacy and Data

Your privacy is important to us. Please review our Privacy Policy, which also governs your use of our services, to understand our practices.

11. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Waddle Management operates.
